Breezy Swimwear Policies and FAQ 

 

Order processing times

We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed please allow 1-4 business days for processing.  

 

Custom Sizes 

We can accommodate different sizes for tops and bottoms for our two-piece swimsuits.  Please contact us at contact@breezyswimwear.com and let us know the style and sizes you need, and we can create a custom order for you. 

 

Change order/Shipping address 

We send out an order confirmation at the time of payment to confirm your order details.  Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you need to change your order or update your shipping address.  

  

Shipping Time

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details and an estimated shipping date.  Our shipping times vary depending on your location.  

For orders in the US our average shipping times are 5-7 business days

For orders to Canada our shipping times are 7-10 business days

For international orders (outside of US) our shipping times are 10- 16 business days

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be emailed to contact@breezyswimwear.com within 24 hrs of placing your order (If your order hasn’t already been shipped out). Once the 24 hours have passed we unfortunately cannot cancel orders. 

 

Missing/Lost orders 

We provide a shipping confirmation and tracking details on all our orders allowing customers to track their packages and ensure delivery.  Unfortunately, if your order goes missing or is lost and a ‘delivered’ status is on your tracking details, we are not liable for lost/stolen packages, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.  

 

Returns, Damaged items and Exchange Policy:

Breezy Swim aims to keep things simple and take care of our Breezy Babes!

We accept exchanges and returns as long as the hygiene label and product tag have not been removed. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery date. A 10% Restocking Fee will applied on returns.

 

Exchanges

If you do not love your swimsuit or need another size, we are happy to offer a one-time prepaid label for an exchange of equal or lesser value. Prices greater than the purchase value must be paid for. Please contact us within 30 days of your order delivery. In the email, please state your name and order number, along with the size and style you would like to exchange your order for. Once we receive your original order back, we will proceed with your exchange. If you should change your mind and want a refund please let us know and we can offer a refund minus the outgoing shipping cost. Returns 

How do I return an Item?

Print return form: Return Form

Step 1: Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date. To return your unwanted items, print Return Form and fill it out. Please make sure to mark items with return code.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (if possible), with the tags/hygiene strip still attached. Be sure to include the return form inside. We're unable to accept returns for final sale, purses, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Please note: Returns must be made at the the customer’s expense. Returns must have hygiene label and product tag intact, must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged. We’re unable to offer returns on swimsuits when the hygiene seal is removed.

 

Once we receive your order back we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale/ discounted more than 30% off.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Accessories- Purses
 

Damaged Items  

If you receive a damaged swimsuit, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and forward images of the damage. We are happy to provide a replacement for damaged items and shipping is on us.  If you contact us past 48 hours of delivery,  it is considered customer damage and we are unable to assist further. 

Invalid Shipping Address

Orders that are "Returned to sender" due to an insufficient shipping address must be covered at the customer's expense. A new shipping label with the corrected shipping address will need to be purchased by the customer. *If the purchase of a new shipping label is refused by the customer, a refund for your purchase will be issued in store credit only. 

International Orders

All international orders may be subject to vat or import taxes. The buyer is responsible for handling all additional vat or import tax fees. If the buyers rejects the package no refunds will be issued, only store credit.

Brand Ambassador FAQ 

 

Is a purchase required to be apart of the program? 

Yes, a first purchase is required, and you can post pictures as much as you want on social media as well as your personal discount code!

 

I just purchased my swimsuit, where is my promotion code? 

After your first purchase you will receive an email to set up an official Brand Ambassador account, as well as your personal code to share with others!  Please check your spam folder as at times notifications may land in other email folders. 

 

How and when do I get paid? 

Payments will be made via PayPal.  The great thing here is that it’s FREE to set up a PayPal account! You will need to set up an account if you don’t already one.  You can track your commission through your ambassador account and payments are made 30 days after promo code use.

 

Can I change my promotion code? 

Unfortunately, we can't change promotional codes once entered.
