We can accommodate different sizes for tops and bottoms for our two-piece swimsuits. Please contact us at contact@breezyswimwear.com and let us know the style and sizes you need. We can then create a custom order for you.
Custom orders are only fulfilled based on inventory status, if your size request is not in stock, we will have to ship the original size you ordered.
Unfortunately shipping addresses on orders cannot be changed after they have been finalized at checkout. Please double check that all order information entered is correct prior to checking out.
We send out an order confirmation with all order details immediately after purchase.
If we receive an invalid shipping address we will notify via email. If we do not receive a reply within 10 days with correct shipping address we will ship to the address provided and will not be responsible if the item gets lost or send to the incorrect shipping address entered at the time of order.

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. But don’t worry, #BreezyBabe! The rest of your order is on its way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock item.
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
Merchandise orders: Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Influencer program: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your www.breezyswimwear.com customer account and navigating to the manage subscriptions tab. Once there you will see your active subscriptions and can request to cancel. Once cancelled you will no longer be billed, but you can still take advantage of your perks until your next billing date.
We provide a shipping confirmation and tracking details on all our orders allowing customers to track their packages and ensure delivery. Unfortunately, if your order goes missing or is lost and a ‘delivered’ status is on your tracking details, we are not liable for lost/stolen packages, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
My package is being returned to Breezy Swim, what do I do now? If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Breezy Swim, it’s typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if: The shipping address does not exist The shipping address is misspelled The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number) The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package The addressee has moved The addressee has refused the package Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus a 10% restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. Note: To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Breezy Swim does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
Because we can't ensure our #BreezyBabes will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the Distribution Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail.
Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued. Please note* Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Breezy Swim has the right to reject returns based on the following:
Hygiene strip has been removed or tampered with
Item has visible signs of being worn, washed, stained, including deodorant marks, make up etc.
In these cases, the customer must cover the shipping expense to have the item re-shipped. An invoice for the shipping cost will be sent to the customer and must be paid within 14 days. If the invoice isn’t paid within 14 days, the item will be discarded.
Store credit in the form of a Breezy Swim E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item. Breezy Swim does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

Breezy Swim requires items to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, as stated in our Returns Policy. Returns received in our Distribution Center after 30 days are considered to be “stale” returns. Alternatively, Breezy Swim reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items. We will apply a 50% restocking fee to any stale item(s) sent back in resalable condition and in accordance with our Return Policy when processed at our Distribution Center. An E-Gift Card will be issued to you by email following our normal returns procedure.
Our Customer Protection Team handles situations in which a #BreezyBabe return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a #BreezyBabe, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #BreezyBabes across the globe.
Breezy Swim reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;” An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Breezy Swim reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Breezy Swim items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (contact@breezyswimwear.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. You must contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. If you report a damaged item past 48 hours of delivery a refund cannot be issued.

We want all of our Breezy Influencers to use and be happy with their subscriptions. If you should change your mind you are able to cancel your subscription by logging into your Breezy Swimwear account and cancel through managing your membership settings so that you are not charged further.
