Refund policy

Breezy Bowl:

All tickets for our swim week show Breezy Bowl are non-refundable. No refunds on Miss Breezy voting packs will be issued.

Breezy Bowl Packages & Special Promos: After you have selected a package we do not allow you to downgrade. This is because as soon as you select a package we start to prepare everything that is included in your package. No exceptions! Once you have selected a package or have agreed to pay a certain amount for your swim show experience you are locked in at that price. Any new offers or special promos are for new or first time customers/models and they can not be applied. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include attached tags and hygiene strip in tact. We will issue you a refund in the method of store credit.

Items purchased during a promotional sale.
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card with be emailed to you.
